Consultant, Employee Performance
Astadia is seeking an experienced consultant to grow with our Employee Performance Practice. The Consultant will have a strong background in Incentive Compensation management and deployment. Knowledge and experience of ERP incentive, payroll or finance system administration is a plus. The candidate should have experience with variable compensation design (commissions). This individual will be responsible for client relationship management, project management, risk management, up/cross-selling, and the successful deployment of high-quality deliverables. Ability to configure compensation plans and load organization and people data for testing and deployment is a plus. The candidate should have the ability to thrive in a small project team environment. Project management and client-facing experience is a plus. Full-time positions are available in London.

Our company is seeking experienced consultants for our growing Technology Practice. Consultants work directly with our clients managing projects which typically include requirements gathering, hands on configuration, process engineering, testing system interface specifications, strategy creation and implementation.
